Underwater Photo Specialty Referral
Attention PADI Underwater Photo, video and digital Instructors
PADI instructors: you now have a way to teach an exciting photo specialty and offer your students two warm tropical ocean dives.
You teach your student(s) how to take underwater photos in the classroom (and pool). But instead of trying to get them excited about the subjects in your local cold water, quarry or murky lake, send them to us in Grand Cayman for the warm, clear, calm dive portion of their class. We will review their skills briefly and head for a shore dive (weather permitting) using the camera and lessons that they bring from your store. If the weather does not permit a shore dive during your students' stay here in Grand Cayman, we can join them on an optional two-tank resort boat trip.
We will help your student underwater to apply what they learned from you to get wonderful photos of exciting subjects like a wreck, angelfish, colorful sponges, or tiny Christmas tree worms (depending on the type of camera they have.)
Cost for the PIC card and two dives required for the photo specialty is US$220.00. Photo equipment, scuba gear and tanks, optional resort or private boat charter are not included. All of the above are available at an additional charge. If the dives are to be done with Cathy, the cost is $420.00. Send us an email in advance with the student name, camera type taught with, camera he/she will be bringing (if any). Also include your store address so we can arrange for the PADi card to be sent back to your store--ensuring that your customer comes back to you to share his adventure.
We will pay you a 10% commission on all direct dive and boat charter bookings. We will also encourage your divers to book again, through you--whetting your students' appetite for further dive travel and recommending you as their supplier. We guarantee that all training standards will be met and usually exceeded and that your students will return home with their specialty rating, and an increased enjoyment of their diving experience.
