We offer several wonderful ways for you to learn more about enjoying photography. Most classes take only six students, so space is limited. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, we have the right class for you.

Intro to Photography ~ US$40.00
February 7, March 6, (First Tuesdays of every month)
You just got a new camera -- NOW WHAT? In this class you will learn the basics of taking pictures and discovering what the camera's different shooting modes do. You will learn about programmable and scene modes, as well as shutter speeds and aperture. You will quickly learn the basic tips for vastly improving your photographs.
No prior experience is required. Bring your camera, owner's manual, and a fully charged battery and we will take the mystery out of all the buttons and settings.
Taking your photos to the next level - US$40.00~ 6:30-8:30
February 16, March 13 (Second Tuesday of every month)
Learn how your camera sees and measures light so that the pictures you get look the want YOU want them to. Go beyond the scene modes of your camera to manually control the exposure for professional results. Learn lighting techniques including using natural light and fill flash with multiple strobes. Learn how to use bounce cards and other reflectors to give your photos more pop. The class will also share Tony's tips and tricks for better photos and will include some composition lessons.
This class assumes that you have a basic understanding of where your camera controls are. Bring your camera, owner's manual and a freshly charged battery.

February 21, March 20 (Third Tuesday of every month)
A place to learn about making short films.
This is the group for anyone whoever wanted to make short films and have a place to discuss them and learn to make them better. Join Emmy-award winning filmmaker Tony Mark as each month we pick a topic and during the month each of us makes a short movie. We then screen each film and critique them. Learn intermediate techniques that will have your films looking polished and professional. All you need is access to a video camera and a computer -- everything else you will learn as we go. You will be pleasantly surprised how fast your films will improve.

February 28, March 27, (Fourth Tuesday of every month)
Come share your photos and learn too. Enjoy our new exciting photo club and experience the joys of belonging to a club of photographers as we take photos, critique them and learn advanced techniques from Emmy-award winning filmmaker Tony Mark. You will watch your photographic skills grow by leaps and bounds. Guest professionals every month will share their techniques and experiences with the group. Bring your own camera and be prepared for fun projects during the month! Photo field trips will also be available for those who want to go!
Video 101-Taking Your Home Movies to the Next Level~ 6:30-9:00 ~ US$40.00 (No classes currently scheduled. Call if you are interested in this special class.)
Join Emmy-award winning filmmaker Tony Mark as you learn how to produce great videos. Whether you have iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro or Premiere, Tony will teach you how to edit your projects from start to finish. He will share his shooting tips that you can use with your video camera, including lighting and getting all the right kinds of clips that you need to make a more professional look. Learn tricks in sound recording and simple special effects that will have your friends and family in awe! You will learn how to export your final project to the web or to make DVDs.

If you find that you will be unable to attend, please contact us by noon on the day of your class and we will be happy to reschedule you. If you don't make it to the class and don't call, we will be unable to refund your fee.
