The YS-110a introduces numerous new exciting functions, opening a whole new digital generation.
The YS-110a can be used in the fully automatic DS-TTL adjustment mode (Digital Slave TTL), or enjoy complete creative control! The DS-TTL adjustment function is also available using the light level control dial for fine control of the light amount when taking pictures in DS-TTL mode. You can choose from 13 levels of manual controls when you do not want to leave the light adjustment up to the camera. The flat, round, 105° beam angle (with diffuser), achieved by the balanced positioning of the 3 flash tubes, and the power of a Guide Number 22 are examples of the excellent performance of the strobe that is sure to satisfy even the most demanding professionals.

DS-TTL (Digital Slave Through-The-Lens) adds more light with just the right exposure for compact digital cameras underwater.
The YS-110 strobe is packed with features. When it’s connected via a fiber-optic cable to a compact digital camera with TTL metering, the YS-110 strobe offers DS-TTL light adjustment. You can use two YS-110 strobes for creative effects with subtle light balance. The YS-110’s mode compensation function provides a light level control dial for just the right balance of light.
The YS-110 also has full manual control that provides a finely graded variety of light settings up to a powerful maximum setting of guide number 22. Three xenon tubes positioned in the strobe provide a flat balance all the way across a circular beam angle of 105° (with diffuser), with even and consistent light.
The YS-110 contains a high-luminosity white LED target light that turns on with the press of a button, and turns off automatically when the YS-110 flashes.
You can connect the strobe to digital SLR cameras and film cameras using the same cables that connect conventional YS-series strobes. You can also connect the strobe to compact digital cameras using a fiber-optic cable.The YS-110 is a versatile strobe designed for almost any use.

ys27Sea & Sea YS-27DX

The YS-27DX strobe is designed for multipurpose underwater photography. This strobe provides spread and power for subjects that range from wide-angle to macro. The light level control dial of the YS-27DX has nine different light level controls, from GN 1.7 to GN 20 (1EV step).  The YS-27DX offers a pre-flash cancel mode (*1). This strobe is compatible with most digital cameras that have a pre-flash (*2). An optional fiber optic cable accurately synchronizes the strobe with your digital camera. SEA&SEA adopts the dela-prism,  that spreads soft and delicate lighting of subjects, for YS-27DX. The YS-27DX is an ideal slave sub-strobe for a digital SLR camera housing.

The YS-17's slim body makes it easy to use underwater lighting more casually. Including batteries, it weighs only 477g making it the lightest, most compact strobe in the YS strobe lineup.
