The YS-110a introduces numerous new exciting functions, opening a whole new digital generation.
The YS-110a can be used in the fully automatic DS-TTL adjustment mode (Digital Slave TTL), or enjoy complete creative control! The DS-TTL adjustment function is also available using the light level control dial for fine control of the light amount when taking pictures in DS-TTL mode. You can choose from 13 levels of manual controls when you do not want to leave the light adjustment up to the camera. The flat, round, 105° beam angle (with diffuser), achieved by the balanced positioning of the 3 flash tubes, and the power of a Guide Number 22 are examples of the excellent performance of the strobe that is sure to satisfy even the most demanding professionals.

Sea & Sea YS-27DX

The YS-27DX strobe is designed for multipurpose underwater photography. This strobe provides spread and power for subjects that range from wide-angle to macro. The light level control dial of the YS-27DX has nine different light level controls, from GN 1.7 to GN 20 (1EV step). The YS-27DX offers a pre-flash cancel mode (*1). This strobe is compatible with most digital cameras that have a pre-flash (*2). An optional fiber optic cable accurately synchronizes the strobe with your digital camera. SEA&SEA adopts the dela-prism, that spreads soft and delicate lighting of subjects, for YS-27DX. The YS-27DX is an ideal slave sub-strobe for a digital SLR camera housing.

The YS-17's slim body makes it easy to use underwater lighting more casually. Including batteries, it weighs only 477g making it the lightest, most compact strobe in the YS strobe lineup. The YS-17's system uses a unique TTL function so anyone can enjoy TTL photography. You can also switch between TTL and manual mode.

Sea & Sea's External TTL Converter
The Sea & Sea TTL Converter III allows TTL exposure control when connected to Sea & Sea housings for Nikon digital SLR cameras with Sea & Sea YS strobes except the YS-250Pro. The converter allows quick switching underwater between TTL mode and manual mode from outside the camera.
